Since Miyamoto unosukeshōten was built in 1864, it supported many traditional festivals and performing arts over the years. We produce Japanese drums and portable shrines. We also fix, sell and lend them.

Specializes in Japanese traditional instruments for Nou, Kabuki and other Japanese musical instruments. The shop is renowned for its good quality of portable shrines, thus they can have a name tag on the shrine, e.g. Jyuugi.

They also make portable shrines for Sansha festival, shrines, temples and town festivals.
Nishiasakusa shop has an exhibition room for Japanese drums, portable shrines, rental traditional Japanese costumes, and religious objects. The 4th floor dedicates to international drums’ exhibition.
