“Kamameshi Haru” (kettle rice Spring) is founded in 1926, and we are the originator of Kamameshi restaurants in Japan. We only use Japanese rise, and every single dish is cooked after we take your order.
Dashi(soup stock) is never used for our dish, thus the combination sauce of soy sauce, Japanese sake, and mirin season the dishes. The tastes of dishes vary depending on kinds of Kettles.
We recommend ordering different Kettle rice and sharing them in a group.
