"ASAKUSA CULTURE& LIGHTS 2025" will be held for the first time.Please enjoy the first ever spectacular projection mapping event at Sensoji Temple, as well as the special experience of the scenic Denpoin Garden and Ema Hall.

Magnificent projection mapping images based on digital animations using cutting-edge technology and the 1,400-year history and culture of Sensoji Temple will be projected onto the temple's Hozomon Gate, five-story pagoda, and Nitenmon Gate, an important cultural property.
In addition to the projection mapping, there will also be a special daytime viewing of the scenic Denpoin Garden, a place of scenic beauty within the Sensoji Temple grounds that is normally closed to the public, and the Ema Hall, which houses large votive plaques painted by historical artists such as Utagawa Kuniyoshi, Hasegawa Settan, and Itsumi (Kano) Kazunobu. There will also be a special nighttime viewing of the Denpoin Garden, which will be illuminated in a fantastical light.
