Hours of torou nafashi experience is from 15 o’clock.
This festival’s been going on since 1946, when the first paper lantern boats floated down the Sumida River to light up the waterfront. Now, the festival is conducted to let all of its viewers bask in the beauty distilled by the calm night sky with many thoughts. This is the ultimate recreation and festive event.
