Senso-ji temple

The Treasure Dance features dozens of little toddlers who dress up as fishermen and pull a treasure boat.

The treasure boat, of course, is said to hold the seven deities of luck, as well as Guanyin as summoned by her siblings.

Attendees ask Guanyin for her grace in raising the children to be strong and healthy.
